With the intention of directing children in those families for learning in a school of their own, Army troops are to build this school with kind sponsorships of various donors and philanthropists. A brief ceremony on Friday (15) laid the corner-stone for construction of this school building.

Mullittivu Zonal Director of Education Mr Raj Kumar and 592 Brigade Commander laid the foundation-stones for the construction. Villagers, community leaders and several teachers from the area attended the inaugural ceremony.
