Puthukudiyiruppu – Colombo bus service inaugurated

A bus service from Mullaitivu District Puthukudiyiruppu to Colombo was inaugurated on Wednesday (May 16). This bus service which leaves Puthukudiyiruppu everyday at 6.30 pm will reach Ratmalana 6.45 am next day. The bus will again resume its service from Ratmalana at 8 pm, will reach Killinochchi area at 6am and reach the Puthukudiyiruppu at 7.45 am. More attention would be paid on the transport service of former conflict affected areas in Districts of Kilinochchi and Mullaitivu, said EPDP Parliamentarian Douglas Devananda, addressing the inaugarating ceremony of the bus service.
