Illupakadavai school receives Psychosocial Center - Mannar

The Army, with the assistance of Ms. Manori Unambuwa - a philanthropist- Sunday ( Oct 31), handed over a 'Psychosocial Center' ( Happiness Center) which was made possible following renovation of an unusable building at Illupakadavai School in Taladdy, Mannar.
Inauguration ceremony of the newly converted 'happiness center' was held under the patronage of the Wanni Security Forces Commander- Maj Gen GDHK Gunarathne.
General-Officer-Command 54 Div Brigadier MAM Dias, 541-Brigade Commander Col MASK Muhandiram, MS Manori Unambuwa, AGA of Manthai West, Zonal Director of Madhu including Illupakadavai school principal and were also present at the auspicious occasion.
The newly constructed 'Psychosocial Center' is furnished with a library including a TV and DVD facilities. Furthermore, the center also accommodates drawing aids, musical instruments and sports items for the children.
