MAS Holdings to build Villa in 'Abimansala' under 'brave hearts' project
Touched by numerous sacrifices and untiring contributions made by War Heroes in the Army during the recently concluded war for peace, one more leading business venture in Sri Lanka, MAS Holdings Pvt. Ltd has come forward to lend its financial assistance to the ongoing 'Abimansala' Wellness Resort at Anuradhapura for the welfare of permanently dependent disable War Heroes.
MAS Holdings Pvt. Ltd Managing Director Mr Sherad Amalean and its Chief Executive Officer Mr Dian Gomes Wednesday (18) morning met Lieutenant General Jagath Jayasuriya, Commander of the Army at his office in the Army Headquarters and handed over a cheque to the value of Rs 5 million to be used as the total completion of a villa in the 'Abimansala' Wellness Resort, now fast nearing its fruition under 'Brave Hearts' project.
Both these business magnates spoke high of the objective of the project and wished speedy completion of it when they exchanged views with the Commander. Lieutenant General Jagath Jayasuriya, as the pioneer of the project extended his gratitude to the donor and spelt out several other welfare measures that have been taken by the Army.
